Staff and Student e:Vision Login

If you are a member of staff or a current student with a York St John account, please sign in below with the same details you use to access other University systems, such as email and Moodle.

If you are a new student who has created your IT account as part of enrolment, please allow up to 1 hour from the point of account creation for your credentials to be recognised by e:Vision.


Applicant Portal and External Staff Login

If you are an applicant or an external staff member logging in without a York St John IT account, please sign in using your supplied credentials.

Applicants: please use your 9 digit numerical Applicant username and password from your acknowledgment email. For password issues, please contact the Admissions team who provided your Applicant ID and temporary password.

External Staff: please use the credentials provided to you to log into e:Vision. Contact your YSJ liaison to request a password reset.
