Staff: for details on how to log in, please visit the Student Systems information page on the intranet. If this does not resolve your query, then please raise a job on the IT Support Portal. If you are an external staff member without a York St John account, please contact SITS Support. If you are a member of staff who needs access to e:Vision and does not currently have access, please ask your departmental manager to email SITS Support.

Applicant Portal and External Staff Login

If you are an applicant or an external staff member logging in without a York St John IT account, please sign in using your supplied credentials.

Applicants: please use your 9 digit numerical Applicant username and password from your acknowledgment email. For password issues, please contact the relevant Admissions team.
