Applicants: to login to the Applicant Portal, please use your 9 digit numerical Applicant username and password from your acknowledgment email.

Current students: To access eVision, your username is your YSJ Student IT account username (firstname.surname)

Staff: To access eVision, your username is your YSJ staff IT account username (initial.surname). For details on how to log in, please visit the Student Systems information page on the intranet.

Upcoming login changes

How you log into e:Vision as a staff or student is changing. Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is being introduced as part of the SITS upgrade. From Wednesday 3rd June 17:00, when logging into e:Vision you will be presented with a login button instead of the username and password boxes. You will then be asked for your YSJ email and password and be prompted for MFA as part of the authentication process and you will then be automatically logged into e:Vision.

Applicants and external staff will continue to use username and passwords to login.
